The create ⁄ update event form is located at the bottom of the event Page (click a day in the calendar to open).
Select the active event to be edited by clicking on the timelines.
Any adult member can create an event.
Only the event creator or an administrator can edit the event times add people etc.
The event must be empty (you may have to empty it) to change the event times etc.
Event Name is anything you want to call it i.e. "women’s C team training". It’s just a label to let people know.
Set who is allowed (e.g. male, female, adult, junior). The default is everyone is allowed.
Member can add - set this if you want members to be able to add themselves to your event. If not set only you (the event creator) or Admin will be able to add or remove people.
Set unbookable if you don’t want the boat to be used e.g. it is going in for maintenance.
Adding a Member to an Event
First select the evnt you wish to add to or delete members from in the timeline.
There are 2 ways of selecting members to add. 1. You can select members from the list of members who have set themselves as available for the day (seen by default at the top of the page) 2. Use the
link to see all registered members in your club.
Select the member from the chosen list at the top of the page. They will show a white dot when selected.

Then click the position you want them to go into the boat.
To delete select the Delete Rower button next to the boat.

Duplicate Event (every week)

You need to be admin level to perform this operation.
Press the "DUPLICATE" button at the bottom of the selected event settings to duplicate the active boat.
This will duplicate the currently selected boat every week at the same time until the end date selected in the calendar below.
You will need to cancel if you decide not to do this action in order to carry on.
If any clashes occur (with the use of the selected boat) the boat on that week will not be created.
The duplications do not contain rowers.
Once created any changes will need to be made by selecting the resulting events individually.
