ROWter Testimoials
"We have been using ROWter to organise our rows here as BCSR for about six months now and it has been transformative for the club." Ian House - Chair Bristol Channel Social Rowers
"Rowter is a great way of efficiently organising boat bookings, as a club we have regular weekly rowing times, as well as "ad hoc" rows. Rowter gives us the ability to automatically schedule weekly rows, coxes then add themselves to the gig and organise the crews, then populate the crew names on Rowter, this avoids the problems with double booking boats or people double booking themselves into boats!
Rowter is very easy to use, clear and transparent and helps share the responsibility of managing multiple bookings as coxes can manage the bookings remotely of paper records in the gig shed!
Rowter also really helps with compliance, we have robust risk assessments that are followed by all members on every row, Rowter logs all the crews and their positions in the boat, should we have the need to track and trace, we can easily identify which members may be at higher risk.
We really try to offer a fair policy on crew selection for regular rowing when we are over subscribed, Rowter shows how many rows members have, so we can prioritise members that have had less rowing time." Matthew Suter - Poole GIG Rowing Club
"ROWter has helped us greatly, by giving us visibility of all our gigs and what activities are on in the club. we can see if a gig is out of action for maintenance, we can create gigs for social rows and allow our club members to allocate themselves to them, we can block book a gig for training or Regatta’s, and our members can show their availability for rowing, so we can see how many gigs should go on the water. its tailored to Gig Rowing, allowing to you put your rowing preference in (Bow side / Stroke side)helping organisers select crews accordingly."
